Agent Fearing received the award for his work in counterintelligence operations at Balad AB, Iraq. USAF officials say he aided the capture of 50 enemy insurgents (the old name), including one high-priority terrorist leader—unnamed. Agent Fearing is an 18-year USAF veteran.
