Gen. Bradley Heithold will replace Lt. Gen. Eric Fiel as commander of Air Force Special Operations Command; Maj. Gen. Thomas Trask will receive his third star for assignment as US Special Operations Command vice commander; Maj. Gen. Anthony Rock also will receive a third star for assignment as chief of the Office of the Defense Representative-Pakistan, at the US Embassy in Islamabad, Pakistan.
