An entry in the Dec. 9 Daily Report erroneously stated who called for an investigation into a coalition airstrike on ISIS fighters in a hospital in Mosul, Iraq. Lt. Gen. Stephen Townsend, commander of Combined Joint Task Force-Operation Inherent Resolve, requested the investigation. The original entry has been updated.
