A C-17 on Tuesday night transported 31 very pregnant women from Keesler to Wilford Hall Medical Center at Lackland AFB, Tex. A short time later, a C-130 delivered 25 other patients who had been hospitalized in the Keesler Medical Center, which like much of the base was flooded and without power.
