Tricare rolls out something new on Sept. 1. It will offer additional financial help and more in-home care for active duty family members with certain disabilities. It is called the Extended Care Health Option. ECHO is designed to provide assistance beyond what is found in Tricare Prime, Standard, or Extra. The rate of building B-21 bombers would speed up if the fiscal 2026 defense budget passes. But it remains unclear how much capacity would be added, and whether the Air Force would simply build the bombers faster, or buy more.
