Boeing Co., Defense, Space, and Security of St. Louis, Mo., has received a $27.1 million contract for work on Mission Training Center services on contractor-supplied high-fidelity aircraft simulation services. The services will enable the Mission Training Center to provide simulation capabilities to train pilots and weapons systems operators flying F-15C and F-15E aircraft, the July 20 contract award said. Contract work will be performed at Seymour Johnson AFB, N.C.; Mountain Home AFB, Idaho; JB Langley-Eustis, Va.; Kadena AB, Japan, and RAF Lakenheath, England. Work is expected to be completed by June 30, 2017. The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio, is the contracting agency, according to a July 20 contract announcement.
