Newly transferred RED HORSE engineers, most moving from South Korea to Guam, took shovel to dirt Wednesday to begin a five-year, $20 million construction effort at Andersen Air Force Base. The new complex will house not only the 160-strong RED HORSE unit, but also a Combat Communications unit and the Commando Warrior and Silver Flag training programs.
