A team effort between the Air Force Space Command and the Air Force Reserve Command is taking a new look at the way individual mobilization augmentees train. At Patrick AFB, Fla., recently more than 200 IMAs completed more than 20 hours of training and readiness requirements that they normally would have had to set up and accomplish individually over the course of a year.
