Air Force Space Command says it is getting the word out, per USAF direction, on the rationale and methods to be used for the 2006 Force Shaping Plan that will cut some 4,000 officers. The first stop for Brig. Gen. Robert M. Worley II, AFSPC’s Director of Plans and Programs, was Los Angeles AFB, Calif. He told the Space and Missile Systems Center crowd, “I hope they understand that they have several options for continuing to serve their nation.” Just not in the blue.
