North Korea has once again called the annual US and South Korean two-week exercise Ulchi Focus Lens, which began on Aug. 22, an intimidation tactic. This time, the lunatic regime is claiming that the exercise is meant to make the heroic socialistic government cower before the Americans in the next round of six-party nuclear disarmament talks begin in Beijing next week.
