US Air Forces in Europe officials are taking part this week in senior-level discussions with members of seven other militaries in Tallinn, Estonia, as part of Unified Engagement 2010. This event, which runs through Friday, is the fourth partnership building seminar of its type that USAFE officials have conducted with European partners to explore future combined warfighting concepts and capabilities. Representatives from Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, and Sweden are participating. “These meetings have been good for us and our allies and have proven productive and valuable,” said Gen. Roger Brady, USAFE commander. Because of such interaction, “the Air Force and our partners worldwide are better prepared for future operational challenges,” he said. (Tallinn report by Capt. Tony Wickman)
