A Minotaur I rocket successfully boosts the Operationally Responsive Space-1 (ORS-1) satellite into space from NASA’s Wallops Island launch facility on Virginia’s eastern shore. ORS-1 is designed to provide additional overhead imagery to commanders in Southwest Asia.
