Mississippi’s Congressional delegation announces that Key Field Air National Guard Base in Meridian, Miss., home to the 186th Air Refueling Wing, will become USAF’s C-27J schoolhouse. The schoolhouse, expected to be fully operational in 2015, will train pilots, loadmasters, and maintainers.
