The Air Force Association’s annual Air Warfare Symposium runs Feb. 27-March 1, in Orlando, Fla. The theme of this year’s conference is “Innovation: Future Force Faster.”

“What we’re trying to capture here is, let’s take off the formality, and let’s really get innovative,” AFA President retired Gen. Larry Spencer told Air Force Magazine in a Feb. 22 interview previewing the event.

Speakers will include USAF Secretary Heather Wilson, Chief of Staff Gen. David Goldfein, Vice Chief of Staff Gen. Stephen “Seve” Wilson, Air Combat Command boss Gen. Mike Holmes, CMSAF Kaleth Wright, Dallas Mavericks owner and Shark Tank judge Mark Cuban, Tony Ambrozie, the senior vice president of technology, engineering excellence at The Walt Disney Company, and more. The conference also will include the second-annual Spark Tank competition.
