Finger pointing was the order of the day on Capitol Hill Wednesday, as Senators on both sides of the aisle charged DOD with obstruction of the Able Danger investigation. (DR, 9/22/05) The only DOD testimony before the Senate Judiciary Committee came from William Dugan, an intelligence assistant to Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld. Dugan said he could not verify that the Able Danger crew had identified Mohammed Atta.
