Air Force Materiel Command formally reorganizes its largest product center, the Aeronautical Systems Center at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio, into wings, groups, and squadrons. AFMC will move its other entities, including Air Logistics Centers, into wing structures later in the year. (The command will start reversing these changes in 2010.)
