Officials of the 480th Intelligence Wing at Langley AFB, Va., plan to hold a special ground-breaking ceremony Tuesday at Langley, for the wing’s new Distributed Common Ground Station facility. The wing also plans to mark the official opening of the 480th IW operations center with a ribbon cutting on Tuesday.
