Ogden Air Logistics Center technicians with the 574th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron at Hill AFB, Utah, have won the Shingo Silver Medallion for 2007 in the public sector category. Bill Orndorff reports that the squadron received the award for its innovative work and cost reduction efforts on A-10 and F-16 aircraft. The award committee reviewed three years’ worth of initiatives, comparing 2004 operations to the present.
