The Air Force has contracted with the United Industrial subsidiary AAI Services Corp. to upgrade the T-25 simulator for electronic training (SECT), which it originally developed for the Air Force in the 1990s. AAI will receive $6.9 million to “design, manufacture, and test the electronic warfare officer training system at Randolph AFB, Tex.
