Undergraduate pilot trainees in Class 08-15 at Vance AFB, Okla., last week conducted the last parasailing training at the base, which this month converts to the new Air Education and Training Command syllabus, reports TSgt. Mary Davis. The base has given student pilots some form of parasailing training since the 1940s. And, three Vance aerospace physiology technicians developed a new instruction, employing an Army-style lateral drift trainer they designed, that AETC now plans to employ command wide.
