Pyongyang claims the US flew 210 spy flights over its territory in the month of November. The official news agency announced the news late last week, saying different types of aircraft made the flights and labeling the effort an “all time high.” Pyongyang says the US dialogue of late has been a cover for these flights.
The Space Development Agency says it’s on track to issue its next batch of missile warning and tracking satellite contracts this month after those awards were delayed by the Pentagon’s decision to divert funds from the agency to pay troops during this fall’s prolonged government shutdown.
