Making New Friends: Gen. Tom Hobbins, commander of US Air Forces in Europe, has made his first visit to Africa, where he met with various military leaders in North Africa, attempting to open new venues for cross-national training. Hobbins and his top enlisted airman, CMSgt. Gary Coleman, also stopped by Cape Verde to see how USAFE airmen were faring during NATO’s Steadfast Jaguar. (Read more here.)
