The Air Force has selected Boeing to modify the service’s C-130 aircrew training systems to accommodate the C-130 avionics modernization program. The Air Force has said it will move ahead with the C-130 AMP but plans to re-compete the installation contract this fall. And, the service decided not to include its oldest C-130s, the E Models, in the upgrade plan.
