The ABC of Higher Learning:

The Air Force has created an easier means for enlisted personnel to turn their Community College associate degree into credit toward a bachelor’s degree from participating four-year colleges—and they can handle it via distance learning. According to a USAF release, Col. Thomas Klincar, Community College of the Air Force commandant, says the credit transfer process will be guaranteed, and CCAF will send an individual’s credits electronically to the school selected, eliminating the need to order transcripts and fill out application forms. Klincar says the Associate-to-Baccalaureate Cooperative (ABC) program has been in the works for about a year and will kick off in June.
