Air Education and Training Command on Oct. 23 dedicated a new monument at Randolph AFB, Tex., to the memory of the more than 13,000 aviation cadets and student pilots who have received pilot training at the Texas base since 1917. The monument is located in the center of the circular courtyard between the AETC headquarters building and the command’s Lahm Conference Center. With the dedication, the courtyard was renamed Cadet Circle. (Randolph photo caption by Rich McFadden)
