The United Kingdom wants to buy two of USAF’s MQ-9 hunter-killer unmanned aerial vehicles, recently named the Reaper. The deal, if approved by Congress, could see Britain paying as much as $77 million, according to a Defense Security Cooperation Agency news release. DSCA notified Congress of the possible foreign military sale, which would include the two UAVs and all associated equipment and services.

A U.S. Air Force KC-46 tanker suffered damage to its boom while refueling F-22 Raptors off the coast of Virginia on July 8, Air & Space Forces Magazine has confirmed, with reported radio communication from the crew indicating the boom “detached.”
