It seems the new preferred means of communication by the two top Air Force officials with airmen is by letter—electronically transmitted, of course. The latest letter is a joint effort on the subject of “integrity first.” (We say “joint” but there are two copies of the letter on the Air Force Web site—one signed by Air Force Secretary Michael Wynne and one by USAF Chief of Staff Michael Moseley.)
