Remember the Pentagon’s Mobility Capabilities Study? The long awaited document finally surfaced—briefly—on Capitol Hill, where about 40 staffers received a two-hour preview—classified—briefing, Congress Daily reports. No conclusions or numbers have leaked out. According to the Daily account, hard data was scant. The full report may make it to Congress sometime next month. Meanwhile, we anxiously await delivery of the tanker replacement analysis of alternatives—also now due out next month.
