Apart from participating in Cope Tiger 06, a tri-lateral exercise comprising US, Singapore, and Thailand forces operating out of Korat RAFB, Thailand, some Pacific Air Forces airmen take time to aid local schools and provide medical assistance to civilians in the area. One such is USAF MSgt. Kenny Orange who helped explain treatments and medications to local residents seen at a field hospital. Orange said he and his Singapore medic partners dispensed more than 300 prescriptions.
The Air Force plans to add external weapons pylons on the B-1B bomber, both to increase the number of aircraft that can test hypersonic missiles and expand the Lancer’s loadout as USAF transitions to the B-21 bomber.
