Legal Eagles Eye Lawsuit Over Oceana: As soon as DOD announced that Virginia leaders had failed to meet BRAC criteria to keep NAS Oceana’s fighters at the Navy’s master jet base, state attorneys began reviewing options for a lawsuit, reports the Norfolk Virginian-Pilot.
