A recent survey shows that Russians for the most part believe China has a more positive impact on the world than does America. Some 61 percent say the US has a negative influence, and 56 percent say US foreign policy negatively affects Russian interests. In contrast, 57 percent say that China’s impact on the world is positive. The Cold War really is over.
