Bush Visits Vance AFB:
President Bush dropped in with Air Force One at Vance AFB, Okla., on May 6, enroute to Oklahoma State University to deliver a commencement address. At Vance, some 300 servicemembers, civilians, and family members came out to greet the Commander in Chief. Among the official greeters were Sen. James Inhofe (R-Okla.), Lt. Gov. Mary Fallin, and Enid, Okla., Mayor Ernie Currier.
The U.S. military is moving to restock its supply of the GBU-57 Massive Ordnance Penetrator bunker-busting bombs it used against Iran's underground nuclear facilities last June, according to Air Force documents.
