Chinese pilots are risking “disaster” with their intercepts of American planes operating over the South China Sea, Pacific Air Forces commander Gen. Kenneth S. Wilsbach said Sept. 11. “Do it safely, do it professionally, and everybody will be OK,” Wilsbach said. “We won’t have a miscalculation. We won’t have a disaster.”
